Terms of service
These terms apply to digital products sold by THE RAM LAB, operated by RAM Visuals Pty Ltd as trustee for RAM Media Trust, ABN 64 725 387 183.
What you are buying
The product page states the included files, licence and tested requirements. These are digital downloads, so no physical product is shipped. Demonstrations should be read with their stated settings and requirements. Different footage and creative choices can produce different results.
Your purchase is subject to the digital product licence. Any separate service booking is governed by its agreed scope and service agreement.
Orders and payment
Check the product, currency and total shown at checkout before paying. Use a payment method you are authorised to use and an email address you can access. Tell us promptly if you enter the wrong address so we can help locate the order.
We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or a material listing error affects it. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cannot supply will be refunded.
Access and updates
Delivery instructions are provided after payment is confirmed. Read digital delivery and help for installation, access and support. Keep the installer and your project backups in a safe place.
Updates released for your purchased product are included without an extra charge. Other products are separate. We list supported requirements for each release and do not promise compatibility with every future software version.
Your rights
The refund policy explains change-of-mind purchases and problems with a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws.
Updated terms apply to future purchases. We will not use a later policy change to remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

RAM LAB privacy supplement
THE RAM HAUS and THE RAM LAB are operated by RAM Visuals Pty Ltd as trustee for RAM Media Trust, ABN 64 725 387 183. This supplement should be read with our privacy policy, which explains Shopify's role and our broader information-handling practices.
For digital orders and support, we use the contact, order and product information needed to provide access, locate a purchase and respond to installation, licence or refund questions. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential client footage when asking for help.
Order and support emails are separate from optional promotional emails. Buying a product or completing a free order does not by itself give permission for RAM LAB marketing emails. Promotional emails require your consent, and you can withdraw it through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints about how your information is handled, email info@ram-media.com.au. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before responding to a request.
