Digital refund policy

THE RAM LAB sells downloadable digital products. Please check the product contents, demonstrations and tested software requirements before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a tool suits your setup, ask us first.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital products once download access has been supplied, except where the law requires otherwise. This does not remove any applicable cancellation, withdrawal or consumer-guarantee rights.

If something is wrong

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or does not work with a setup we stated it supports, contact us. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a fix, replacement or refund.

Our products come with rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. For a major product failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure to meet a consumer guarantee. For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Mandatory rights in other applicable jurisdictions also remain available.

Email info@ram-media.com.au with your order email or other proof of purchase, product name, Resolve edition and version, operating system and what happened. A screenshot or short recording can help, but please do not send confidential client footage. You can also reach us on Instagram @ramrylie.

There is no requirement to waive your rights or accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to. Technical troubleshooting does not replace those rights.
