Your download
These are digital products. After payment is confirmed, or a free order is completed, download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message is missing. No physical item is shipped.
Keep your order email and a backup of the download. Your access is for your own licence, so please do not forward the link or files. If access stops working or you reach a download limit, email us with your order details so we can help.
Install a Resolve effect
- Download and unzip the package on your editing computer.
- Read the included quick start and compatibility notes.
- Open the DRFX installer and follow Resolve's installation prompt.
- Find the tool by its listed name in Resolve's Effects Library and apply it as instructed.
Some products are clip effects and others are transitions. The quick start explains placement, colour-input settings and any duration or footage-handle requirements. Save your project before changing an existing effect.
Updates
Updates released for your purchased product are included at no extra charge. Keep your purchase email current and contact us if you need help accessing an update. Each release states its tested requirements.

Email info@ram-media.com.au or message @ramrylie. Include your order details, product name, Resolve edition and version, operating system and a short explanation. A screenshot helps. Please do not send private client footage or passwords.
Check the licence for permitted use and the refund policy if something is wrong with your purchase.
