Digital product licence

THE RAM LAB digital tools are licensed by RAM Visuals Pty Ltd as trustee for RAM Media Trust, ABN 64 725 387 183.

Make work with it

Your purchase gives one creator a non-exclusive licence to use the product in personal and commercial finished videos, including work for clients. You may install it on your own work devices. Additional editors need their own licences.

You can publish, monetise and deliver the finished videos you create. Your clients can use those finished videos without buying the tool. The licence does not transfer ownership of the tool or any included source files.

Keep the asset files to yourself

Do not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the installer, presets, settings, editable source or download access. Do not package them as stock assets, templates or a competing product, including modified versions. If a collaborator or client needs the editable tool, they need a licence of their own.

Free editions follow the same asset-sharing rules. You can share the public offer page so someone else can get their own copy.

Updates to your product

Updates we release for the product you purchased are included at no extra charge. New products are sold separately. Each release lists its supported software and operating-system requirements; this is not a promise of compatibility with every future version.
